Well, this is not a face-shot. I do like this photo however because I spent a lot of time watching this spider build and repair his or her web. I was never around for "the kill" but I realized most of the work went into the upkeep of this delicate structure. Similar to my time as a bartender, most people see the glamorous part of the job and few know that most of the work behind the bar is keeping it clean. So I empathized some with the spider.
This photo was not made with one of my legacy lenses. It was made with my Sony 70mm - 200mm zoom f4.
